East Hill is the most densely populated community in Mapleridge. Many civilians living here are simply average people, neither the sophisticated westerners or the wealthy northerners.This community also holds the majority of the city's youth population.

Due to the lack of strict supervision, the city outskirts have become a common socializing ground for youth. Though the shops and buildings continue on, many of them have been recently abandoned, providing a rather 'ghost town' feel to the place.
