Probably the reason most people venture to Western Citadel, the Community library is by far the largest in town. This grand two-story building has thousands of books and a massive compilation of literature for people to choose from.

The Western Citadel housing community is one of the most beautiful in the city. Citizens here put a lot of work into their yards and homes, making the community a rather appealing for those looking to buy. Despite the grander yards, this place is not as wealthy as the Northern Citadel.

The Red Lotus is a family owned tea shop. With Tatami mats and a rather traditional feel to it, this place often generates a lot of interest to those coming by. The Red Lotus both serves tea as well as sells it. Outside the shop is a beautifully well kept garden and pond.

Sakura Gardens is a monumental community garden. This place pays homage to many of the Japanese soldiers who fought in the war. A peaceful and calming environment, the gardens flourish with cherry blossoms every spring and summer, earning it the name Sakura Gardens.
