Above the general meeting, area there are several narrow, dimly lit hallways adjoining smaller rooms. This place is a sort of lounge for those who call the Origin home. There are a few bathrooms, entertainment rooms, and a kitchenette for members to unwind. Bedrooms hold anywhere from two to four people and are often simply called barracks. Given the lack of privacy, Seekers often tend to be quite close with each other, forming their own tightly nit families and gangs.

This discreet location is the basement beneath the Origin's basement. The original settlement owners used it to store their safe, tunneling secret passages that could be used as an escape route in the event their lives were threatened. However, the Seekers have other uses for this place. This dimly lit labyrinth is so secret it hasn't even been portrayed on any of the Origin's drawings or floor plans, earning it the name Below Ground Zero. Gifted who are captured are often brought to this place to be held and tortured until they have outlived their usefulness. The brutality that goes on here is a confidential secret kept from the public.

Once owned by a wealthy family, the Origin sits on twenty acres of well-manicured land. The Seekers make use of the most of their space and have developed a shooting range and a designated area for hand to hand combat. Often military personal stop by to aid in training, refining and making the process more official. There is a large barn at the property's edge. Though no livestock lives here, it is a meeting place for younger Seekers and the firepit a few yards away makes it a popular place hangout.
