Appearance:
Thalia Woods is 19 years old, and like her brother, she is rather tall at 5 foot 10. Tali has long dark brown hair that she usually wears up in a bun because that makes life a lot easier. Her eyes are a piercing blue-grey colour, however most of the time when she is out she is always wearing sunglasses. Thalia has a casual wardrobe, and generally sticks to darker colours, but if need be she would happily dress up for a nice event. The insignia mark that she got during the calling is located on her shoulder blade, so it is not too difficult to hide with the proper attire.
Personality:
Thalia is the complete opposite to her brother. While he doesn’t really care about anyone or anything, Tali is rather social. She is a veryconfident person, and is sometimes judged for that because she can seem rather rude at times. Thalia is not afraid to try anything new and is often seen doing something ridiculous or very dangerous. Before the calling she was quite a partier and even though she now is gifted, she doesn’t mind going out for a night of fun, in fact, she used her gift to do this fun. She and her brother both landed up with the same gift, and although he doesn’t seem to use his at all, she is pretty happy using hers whenever she feels like it. Although Tali isn’t a mean person to those she likes, she can be rather mean those she doesn't know or those who piss her off. Her biggest fear is probably the idea of being in a car wreck because of a bad past experience she had.
History:
Thalia and her brother Zephyr used to be best friends, they would do everything together. The two of them were quite the trouble-makers, but they never seemed to get caught because of their incredibly stealthy skills and ability to sweet talk themselves out of any situation. Tali, Zeph, and their best friend Sam thought themselves unbeatable. They believed that they could get away with anything, and it was pretty much the truth, until that one night.
Tali had walked into her ex’s house to find him with another girl one night, and once she told Zeph and Sam about it, they decided to get some payback by vandalizing the property. After they had finished their handywork, the three of them fled the scene, only to realize that they were being pursued. It was very dark that night, and as they were running away they couldn’t really see anything, but before any of them knew it, a car came out of nowhere and Sam was hit. Zeph and Tali were not about to leave their friend, and they tried to pull him away, but it was too late, he was gone, and the police had caught up with them.
Thalia was in shock, and through teary eyes she watched her brother fight back to get to Sam, but he was detained and they were both arrested. Ultimately there was no proof that they had been the criminals, so they were released, but Sam never made it. He died that night on the street and nothing was the same since then. Zeph and Tali drifted away, and neither of them felt like going out and being social, aside from the nights where it got too much and a drink seemed like the only option. Although the two of them still lived together, they hardly interacted at all, and when the calling came, they separated completely. Tali went off to live with the gifted, and her brother was left to wander the streets.

Abilities:
Thalia has the gift of compulsion, meaning that whatever she tells people to do, they will most likely do it. While her brother doesn’t really use his gift for anything fun, Tali does quite often. She enjoys messing with people, or using her gift to get what she wants. Her gift will work on almost anyone, aside from other gifted who have some sort of mental ability, an intoxicated person, or someone who is either on drugs or has a mental disability. If Thalia is tired or she has a lot on her mind, then her gift will sometimes be weaker. To be able to properly function the other person has to have a somewhat clear mind. If somebody wanted to stop her, then the best way to do so would either be to drug her or gag her because of she can’t focus, then she can’t use her gift, and if she can’t speak, then she won’t be able to tell people what to do. If something she tells someone to do it too personal, like telling someone to kill their own brother, then it is possible that the gift would fail if they could break the trance by convincing themselves that this isn’t right.
